The equipment, CENTAC model C66MX2 centrifugal air compressor package, with the capacity of 132m3/min., 2.2Bar (G) discharge pressure unit, are complete package compressors, only single storey buildings are required. The compressor can be operated and controlled either at the local control panel which is mounted on the compressor base-plate, or at the Operation Control Center “OCC” room in which the relative computer-control system is installed.

Section 2 Scope of Supply

CENTAC C66MX2 is Single deck configuration, single suction and discharge, three stage 100% oil free centrifugal air compressor driven by an electric motor. The compressor and the motor are coupled and the entire unit is mounted on a common base-plate with air-cooling system, local control system, lube system and auxiliaries. The scope of supply of the machine is shown as follows:

2.1.1 Air End

— AGMA standard, built-in precision helical gearing consisting of a bull-gear and three individual pinion gears sized.

2.1.3 Lube Oil System
润滑油系统
— Integral lube oil reservoir built into the compressor base-plate and coated to resist corrosion.
内置于压缩机底盘内的润滑油箱, 油箱涂有防腐层。
— Positive displacement main oil pump, mounted on bull gear shaft, oversize and arranged to protect the machine during coast down in the event of a power failure. 安装在大齿轮轴上的主油泵,超尺寸配置,以保护在突然停电时压缩机的充分润滑。
— Pre and post lubrication oil pump with 380/3/50 motor and an internal relief valve. 预润滑油泵由380伏、3相、50赫兹电机驱动并带有一内置减压阀。

2.1.4 Control Panel and Protection

The electro pneumatic control panel with new generation Centac Micro Controller (CMC) includes all the necessary items for control and protection of the compressor. The panel with NEMA 12 enclosure is mounted on base-plate and can be connected to the Distribution Control System (DCS).

* The CMC can run & protect the main-unit automatically and show the operation information. If have fault it should give an alarm, and auto-load & auto-unload the unit according to the usage of compressed air. 采用CMC微处理器控制,能够自动控制和保护主机的运转,自动提示工作信息,有故障报警功能,能自动根据用气量的大小进行调节。
* Unload, Constant pressure & Auto-Dual operating modes 具有卸载、恒压和自动双式控制模式。
* Advanced surge detection and control 先进的喘振探测和控制功能。
* High current limit for main drive electric motor protection 主电机限流防过载保护功能。
* Up to 224 event log to help determine the root cause of a compressor trip 多达224条压缩机报警、停车及操作记录功能,方便查找事故原因。
* Monitor the every stage temperature, pressure , vibration, oil pressure, oil temperature, and have the alarm and trip functions 实时监视每一级的温度、压力、振动和润滑油系统的压力和温度,并具有报警和停机功能。
* Oil heater and oil pump controlled by CMC automatically to meet the start up requirement of oil temperature and pressure CMC自动控制油泵和油加热器,保证开机时的油温和油压达到要求。

7.1 The equipment in the contract supplied by the Seller must undergo the ex-works quality inspection, examination and test run and be delivered with quality certificates.

7.2 The equipment shall be designed, manufactured and inspected according to the appropriate standards and protocols show as following:
